Who we are
This website is run by KG Advertising Ltd (“KG Advertising”, “we”), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17353502. Registered office: Headrow House, 19 Old Leeds Road, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD1 1SG.
We’re the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email kieran@kgadvertising.com.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email address, website, rough monthly ad spend, and whatever you tell us about your brand. If you email us, we keep those emails too.
That’s all. Framer, which hosts this site, counts visits anonymously and doesn’t collect personal data about visitors.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, work out whether we can help, and follow up on that conversation. We do this because you’ve asked us to get in touch, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
We won’t add you to a mailing list, and we never sell your details.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run the business: Framer (the website and form), Google (email) and ClickUp (where we keep track of enquiries). They handle it on our behalf and can’t use it for anything else.
Some of these services store data outside the UK, including in the US. Where they do, it’s protected by the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK-US data bridge or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn’t turn into work, we delete your details after 12 months. If you become a client, we keep them while we work together, then for as long as the law requires us to keep business records, which is usually six years.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to stop using it, or object to how we use it. Email kieran@kgadvertising.com and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
